Part load questions
What is the minimum volume?
From one euro pallet.
How is the price calculated?
By loading metres (LDM) or number of pallets, taking into account weight, route and timing.
How long until it ships?
It depends on the route and market demand: we look for a shared load to lower your rate. If your cargo is urgent, we'll send a dedicated truck.
Can pallets be stacked?
Tell us in the request whether your pallets can be stacked and how high they are — this determines how much space the cargo takes and the rate.
How should I prepare the cargo?
The cargo must be on pallets, packed and secured (stretch film, straps). Please state the dimensions and weight of each item.
Is the cargo insured?
Yes, our carrier's liability is insured under the CMR Convention.
