What data

Your name, phone number, e-mail, company name and the cargo or vehicle details you enter in the request form.

Why

To reply to your request, calculate the price and prepare a transport or partnership agreement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Job applicants

If you send a CV via the form on the jobs page, we receive your name, phone number, citizenship, details of your experience, Code 95 and driver card, your comment and the attached file. We use this data only for recruitment: to contact you and run the selection. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into an employment contract. If no employment contract is concluded, we delete the data no later than 6 months after the selection ends; we keep it longer only with your consent. Please do not include health data or other special categories of data in your CV.

Who receives the data

Requests and CVs reach our mailbox (Gmail, Google) via the form delivery service FormSubmit. The website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): on every visit its servers process your IP address and technical browser data to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks; Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The website fonts are hosted on our own server. The Google Maps map on the Contact page loads only after you click “Show map” — Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) may process data in the USA on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. FormSubmit may process data outside the EU; we use it only to forward requests to our mailbox.

How long we keep it

No longer than necessary to process the request and perform the contract, and for the periods required by Lithuanian law.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing or object to it — write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Cookies

Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) help us understand how visitors use the website and measure the effectiveness of our ads: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and how many requests are sent. These tools and their cookies are only switched on after you consent in the website banner; without consent no data is sent to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Strictly necessary data (your banner choice and the site language) is stored in your browser without consent.
